Debut album ‘Our Night Out’ was recorded in a shared house in East London, with the vocal recorded behind a duvet cover in the corner of Jet’s room. Some would say it was DIY, Buster Shuffle say: Keep the Control.

Turning down all the major label deals they were approached with, they said: »we didn’t like the 360 deals offered, or the sound of what some labels wanted to turn us into ..." This band simply wanted to stick to its roots and so was unwilling to compromise its authentic sound.

Buster Shuffle have a verve and feel for the ska foundations laid by early Specials and Madness. They also add imaginative arrangements, sharp tunes and harmonies to the mix.

Their let's -have-a-knees-up ska-pop is rough, ready and infectious, and will have have you bending your knees and exclaiming 'Oi!' in no time.
